Remembrance Day Service Coronation Park Wentworth Falls

Remembrance Day Wentworth Falls 10.30 am 11th November 2019 at Coronation Park Station Street, Wentworth Falls

The Wentworth Falls Remembrance Day Service will be commencing at 10.30am in Coronation Park on Monday 11th November.

The guest speaker giving the occasional address will be Kevin Russell, Chaplain (Air Commodore) RAAF, Principal Air Chaplain for Australia.

The service is organised by the Wentworth Falls Chamber of Commerce and Community Inc who with the help of a dedicated group of volunteers coordinated by Graeme Hudson, also maintain the gardens in Coronation Park.

The service will be conducted by Rev Jon Guyer, who together with Rev Robert Colman are Coordinators of the WFCC &C Memorials Subcommittee.

The service is quite special with the support of students and teachers from Wentworth Falls Public School and Blue Mountains Grammar School who provide printing of programs, choristers, orchestral support and service participation.

The service is truly community based.

We are delighted to invite the community and guests to join us for the service.

Memorabilia will also be on sale which provides funds for the maintenance of the gardens and conduct of the Remembrance and Anzac services.
